Built by Someone Who Has Run Janitorial Businesses

Experience That Matters When the Problems Are Real

General Advisory Partners was built by someone who has owned a janitorial company, led operations, and worked on the buyer side of cleaning services.

From pricing and staffing to contracts, margins, and getting paid, I have worked through the same kinds of problems many janitorial owners deal with every week.

I started as a commercial janitorial business owner, responsible for pricing work, staffing accounts, managing contracts, and making sure invoices got paid.

I later supported operators across a nationwide janitorial franchise system, where I saw firsthand what helps small businesses stay stable and what quietly puts them in trouble.

As a Director of Operations in a GM-style role, I was accountable for performance, margins, and execution across multiple markets.

I also served as Director of Vendor Relations for a nationwide company operating across the U.S. and Canada. That gave me direct experience on the buyer side of janitorial services and a clearer understanding of how vendors are evaluated, managed, and judged.

In addition, my work in asset and property management gave me insight into how cleaning contracts are reviewed from the client side and what matters most to property teams and service buyers.

Why This Matters for Your Business

This background means I understand:

  • how small janitorial businesses actually run day to day

  • where invoicing, pricing, and cash flow problems start

  • how margin gets lost without owners realizing it

  • what clients, property managers, and larger service buyers care about

  • how small operational issues turn into bigger business problems

How I Work with Clients

I work with a small number of janitorial owners on an ongoing basis. That means steady support, practical guidance, and accountability built around the real issues affecting your business.

This is not generic coaching or a one-time report. It is ongoing help from someone who understands how this business actually works and stays involved long enough to help decisions turn into results.

If you are dealing with cash flow pressure, pricing questions, invoicing issues, or operational problems that keep eating up time and profit, start with a free 15-minute diagnostic.
