3. Free 15-Minute Diagnostic Call

The free 15-minute diagnostic call is provided as an introductory advisory conversation. It is not a sales obligation and does not create a client relationship.

We reserve the right to decline ongoing services if we determine there is not a mutual fit.

4. Subscription Services

Certain services are offered on a monthly subscription basis.

Subscription terms, pricing, scope, and billing details are outlined separately at the time of engagement. Services continue on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise stated.

You may cancel subscription services according to the cancellation terms outlined in your service agreement or invoice.

5. Accounts Receivable (A/R) Management

If you engage General Advisory Partners for A/R management services:

• We act as an administrative support function only

• We do not act as a collections agency

• We do not provide legal services

• We do not assume responsibility for customer payment behavior

All A/R work is performed based on information provided by the client.

6. Payment Terms

Fees for services are disclosed prior to engagement. Payment terms, billing frequency, and accepted payment methods are outlined in service agreements or invoices.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

7. No Legal or Financial Advice

General Advisory Partners does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. Any information provided should not be construed as such.

Clients are encouraged to consult qualified professionals for legal, tax, or financial matters.
